UPPID is a pressure group whose aim is to work towards giving a voice and ultimately uplift the welfare of PWIDS persons with intellectual disabilities by giving them a chance to enjoy their human rights enshrined in the U.N Declaration on children’s Rights and in the constitution of the Republic of Uganda.
